Negotiable: 3 hours/1 day/wk, OR 5 hours every other week - OR on-call (as needed) 3-5 hours per any selected day, Monday through Friday, with possible exception on weekends - job opportunity for a responsible, dependable, and reliable caregiver located near Quartz Hill, CA to help care for husband during times I need to be away from home for an appointment or other errand. "Passed" background check required. I need assistance as needed usually in the afternoon but could be in morning. Caregiver should be available for service beginning any time from now. The schedule may vary, can be flexible and agreed upon between us, but will be during the day. The activities of daily living performed by the caregiver will include toileting and monitoring my husband to be sure he does not fall. He will stand to sit on a commode and may need help to lock/unlock his brace as he does so, he may require being served his food, but he eats on his own, and food will already be prepared. Additional tasks may be showering (walk-in shower & sits on shower chair) after toileting; also, extracurricular activities such as routine exercises and/or playing backgammon with client.
