You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to United Healthcare through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include:MEAL PREP (bulk meals that can be refrigerated or frozen, low sodium, fresh veggies, lean meal, chicken, turkey or fish), TRANSPORTATION (errands and grocery shopping, 30-1hour commute to the grocery store).
