CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver nearHodgenville, KY. Care is needed Flexible on days prefer late morning/early afternoons and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is 6 hours total with 3 visist 2 hours each. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: bathing assistance ( full assistance has shower chair) grooming ( getting dressed), toileting ( assist with changing/cleaning up depends), mobility ( help get up walk alongside for support h/5'5" w/240lbs), occassional meal prep (simple meals), light houskeeping (occassional assistance with overall light housekeeping), companionship (visit/sit with member member has no sense of time).
