You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: bathing assistance ( full assistance has shower chair) grooming ( getting dressed), toileting ( assist with changing/cleaning up depends), mobility ( help get up walk alongside for support h/5'5" w/240lbs), occassional meal prep (simple meals), light houskeeping (occassional assistance with overall light housekeeping), companionship (visit/sit with member member has no sense of time).
