He is experiencing increasing memory issues and some incontinence challenges, so we are looking for someone who can provide calm companionship, practical support, and attentive oversight. This is not a high-medical-needs situation, but the ideal caregiver will be dependable, patient, observant, and comfortable assisting with hygiene and personal care needs when necessary. RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE: • Companionship and engagement • Meal preparation/light food support • Light housekeeping and laundry • Bathroom/incontinence assistance as needed • General supervision and safety awareness • Encouraging light movement/activity • Occasional assistance with local errands or transportation to dr. appointments/outings over time SCHEDULE: Seeking regular weekday afternoon support, approximately: • Monday–Friday • Approximately 4–5 hours per day - afternoons to early evenings ideal Additional hours may become available over time if it is a strong fit.
