CareLinx and United Healthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Pocahontas, AR. Care is needed 2 visits per week, shift is 10am-12pm and the caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 4 hours per week and 16 hrs total - 8 hrs for him and 8 hrs for her. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Her needs are: Bathing – total, Toileting – uses a portable commodes empty commodes and sanitize, Grooming – lotion her body, help with dressing if needed, Transfer/Mobility – help to standing position from a chair, Transportation – dr appts, rx and groc/shop – occasionally, Meal prep – low sodium diet and diabetic diet, Light Housekeeping/Laundry. His needs are: Transfer/Mobility – help to standing position from a chair, Transportation – dr appts, rx and groc/shop – occasionally, Meal prep – low sodium diet and diabetic diet, Light Housekeeping/Laundry.
