He has APHASIA and cannot speak well, but can generally understand you pretty well. He needs help sorting out his bills and specifically with technology, like his phone and laptop, since he has no family members near him (we live in California and work full time and we are pretty young). He had a heart attack a few years ago and we suspect he has early dementia.
