Care is needed Monday - Sunday between the hours of Morning/Afternoon and caregiver should be able to start on TBD. This job is approximately 2-4 hours per week or biweekly. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan using digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include Light Housekeeping/Laundry, Meal Preparation, Transferring & Mobility - sometimes use a wheelchair or cane, Grocery shopping - Pick Up, Transportation Doctor appointment, Pharmacy, Shopping, Etc. My father recently returned from the hospital and is recovering from a broken leg (unfortunately had a tumble down the stairs).
He also has slight/early dementia which can make things a bit frustrating at times.
He and my mom live at home, but they need extra help to care for my dad. Assisting with personal care, such as: bathing, grooming, toileting, transferring & mobility.
