Care is needed 1 visit per week for 2 hours any weekday from 5pom - 7pm or on Saturdays form 9am-11am and the caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 2 hours per week - 3 visits total. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Bathing - stand by assistance, Grooming = dress/undress stand by he is a fall risk, Toileting - just relearning how to defecate in toilet, cg just to make sure he has wiped and is clean, Transfer/Mobility - shadow to ensure he does not fall.
