CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Tionesta, PA. Care is needed fleixble on days and times and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 4 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: bathing assistance ( has slide board and shower bench needs assistance getting in/out h/ w/ ) grooming (assist with getting dressed) toileting ( assist with getting onto commode) mobility (assist with transfering from wheelchair h/5'4" w/200lbs), meal prep (assist with making meals, simple meals), light housekeeping ( laundry, change bed linens, clean bathroom, dusting, sweep/mop, wipe down kitchen), companionship ( occassional help with technology). All applicants will be considered. Please note, qualifying for this job will allow you to work with other members under this elite program.
