You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: occasional grooming ( assist with getting dressed), toileting ( assist with changing/cleaning up depends), mobility ( assist with getting up/walking alongside for support h/5'7" w/140lbs), transportation ( run errands, grocery shop, medical appts, all local), meal prep (simple meals), companionship (assist with scheduling appointments).
