Care is needed 3 visits at 2 hours each or 2 visits at 3 hours each prefer Wednesdays the other days being Monday or Friday, after 10:30am and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 6 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: bathing assistance, grooming, toileting ( help with cleaning up and changing depends), mobility ( assist with getting up walking alongside for support h/5'6" w/225lbs), transpotation ( grocery shopping, run errands), light housekeeping (sweep/mop, change bed linens, clean bathroom, laundry, run vacuum), companionship ( sit with member, visit with member and feed birds out back).
