Job Title: Personal Care Assistant (PCA) – Part-Time, Weekday Mornings OR evenings Compensation: $19.50-$25.00/hr Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 9:00/10:00 AM (3–4 hours daily)/End time is flexible OR Mon-Friday evenings Perfect as a gig before/after work! Job Summary: Seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide morning support 5 days a week. Assistance is needed starting at 6:00 AM to help with personal care, morning routines, and light household support. This role requires someone dependable, respectful, and committed to client-centered care. Responsibilities: Assist with or independently perform activities of daily living (ADLs), including: Bathing, dressing, and grooming Toileting and personal hygiene Light meal preparation Light housekeeping tasks (e.g., tidying, laundry, dishes) Provide mobility support, including lifting or transferring as needed Drive client to medical appointments, errands, or activities, using: Client’s vehicle (if available), or Your own vehicle (IRS mileage reimbursement provided) Qualifications: Valid driver’s license (DMV-issued) Willing and able to drive the client when needed Ability to safely lift and assist with physical transfers Prior experience as a PCA or caregiver preferred, but not required Strong communication skills and a commitment to respectful, client-focused care
