I need assistance Monday overnight, Monday evening, Tuesday overnight, Tuesday evening, Wednesday overnight, Wednesday evening, Thursday evening, Thursday overnight, Friday overnight, Friday evening, Saturday evening, Saturday overnight, Sunday evening, and Sunday overnight. 25 hours per week of None is needed to start November 01, 2024. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: bathing, grooming, toileting, and transferring & mobility. Dedicated and serious applicants only. Care shift days can be flexible and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP
The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Transportation to and from Apts/ Grocery pickup
This job is approximately 4 hours per day, Total of 12 hours all together. Schedule TBD on CG and member are connected and according to member MD apts.
All applicants will be considered. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans.
