Hello I have been a caregiver on and off since 2010 and have been doing it consistently the last 4-5 years. I absolutely love being able to help anyone. It's my passion and I absolutely love doing what I do. I have children and I love being there for them and helping them along the way and I feel that helps me do my job better and with love. We moved from California in 2021 and we love it here in NWA. I can't wait to learn more about NWA and the families I'll be able to help.

I'm 30 years old and have been a caregiver since my teen years, I do thoroughly enjoy giving care and meeting new people! I aspire to give my best when caring for others and to be dependable for those who need my services. I genuinely love my work and couldn't see myself doing anything else. I have always went above and beyond to help others and give excellent care. I'm thorough and honest in life and in work. With my 10 years of experience I have worked with just about any and all levels of care therefore I am confident in my skills as a caretaker!

I have a long history of taking care of loved ones from an early age. I come from a family in which my baby brother was born with Down syndrome and special needs and my mother developed cancer later in life, going through chemo and radiation, unfortunately passing away when I was just 15. I was then responsible for helping to raise and care for my two younger brothers at that time. So growing up I became well accustomed to taking care of others and became quite familiar with In-Home Care. I currently work as an ER technician working in a hospital that specializes in Bariatrics and Orthopedics.

First off I am a huge hearted person! I don't need many strangers and my love for other individuals shines Bright through everything that I do. I'm very detail oriented and always willing to jump in and learn something new do what it takes to complete the task at hand as thoroughly and as efficiently as possible. And being a caregiver has been something that I have done most of my life my mother worked in the medical field and started in respiratory and moved into her MD license and so growing up in that type of environment it was just something that came naturally to me. Being a caregiver is just an extension of my family basically, is what that means is that I take those that I'm providing care for and love them and care for them just as much as I would is if they were a member of my family. What I love most about being a caregiver is simply that I am able to help somebody in need and not for me is the most rewarding feeling that I could receive from the position.

I love one on one time with the clients it makes for a better experience. I became a caregiver after my grandmother got sick and needed help & its always been a huge passion of mine to help other family's that need the help. I'm a licensed CNA & thats my biggest accomplishment was getting my license to be certified to help the elders.

I have vast experience with a diverse population and needs of all kinds- post operative care, cerebral palsy, dementia, dialysis pts, wound care, some palliative and hospice experience, tracheostomy and ventilator experience, feeding pump and manual feeding experience, PEG and Mickey button experience and more! I love being a nurse because I love to help and educate, I love seeing progress gained through nursing intervention and patient participation. I've been working as a community support/caregiver for almost 30 years. I am patient, compassionate, understanding, easy going, get along with everybody and I am fast learner. I've been in nursing school but due to pregnancy did not get my degree. But I worked and have experienced with nursing home facility, ER, home health and private care setting. I was trained and experienced how to give a shots (insulin-B12). Ive been in so many workshops regarding home health and earned certifications. I've been in medication management training.
