Hi my name is Rachel Molina from the Philippines, I'm a BS Nursing graduate and I'm also RN, I started to work as a Caregiver year 2014 up to present, I took care of my clients that I handle with care, respect and dignity and I gave my strength and concern to all my clients.

I am punctual, very compassionate about what I do for people who have lost some independence from a life event. Compassion for the family involved to help lessen the burden. I like to tell stories that help the family get to know who I am and I love to hear stories from them as well. I have made Caregiving my Career and take it seriously to become highly regarded and recommended. I enjoy helping the patient and their families keep their lifestyles they have without interruption. I like seeing results so with that being said, I had achieved my series 6 & 63 license (which was a challenge for me) and was proud to present products that would get higher interest with low risk. I also did debt settlements and was happy to negotiate the lowest rate for my clients to settle. I work hard and with compassion whether your my customer, patient, friend or family member because I believe everyone needs help sometimes and I look past any obstacles getting it done.

I began my caregiven duties, with my mother back in 2014, she got sick and I began caregiving for her until she died in 2018, I began caregiving for my grandmother who passed away in 2019 it was a very rough ride for me, I learned a lot especially from my grandmother who was an RN before her passing. I knew then I had a heart for the work and I continue to do caregiving. My specialties are working with the Elders. I do have experience working with the hospice patience.

I'm passionate about giving the best care to my clients. I've worked in this field for over 3 years and love what I do. I always wanted to make a difference in the world and helping those in their most time of need is so rewarding to me. This is more than a career for me. I learn so much from my clients. I hope you give me the opportunity to give you or your loved ones the best possible care.

I believe what makes me a great caregiver is that I take care of all my patients as if they were my own family and make sure they are comfortable and most importantly I listen to their needs. I first became interested in health care when my mother was ill and needed care herself and realized that I had a real passion for helping others. I enjoy knowing that the family can be at ease knowing I'm there taking care of their loved ones. At Long Beach Memorial I was know as the "sitter whisper" because whenever they had a difficult patient they would alway assign me that patient and by the end of the day the patient would no longer require restraints or was completely compliant and friendly. They always ask what was my secret and I would say I simply listen to what their needs are.

I have been working in the health field for the last 10 last years. I've grown to really love my job I am Reliable respectful and a hard worker. I've worked with the seniors and , Disable clients as well as clients with with mental health issues. I Have experience. bathing, feeding changing dressing Physical therapy, I have not had a challenge that I wasn't able to complete. I love when I complete a task and the patient is happy. I try to focus on positive parts of life with my clients

I am 55 years old no kids at home have 2 dogs in love working with elderly people companionship is a plus and just making them laugh and be happy about themselves and make them feel comfortable in there home

I can speak both English and Chinese. I am a senior caregiver with CPR and live scan. I have the California Home Care Aid Registry. I have TB test and the flu shot in October. I had full vaccinated for COVID-19. I am super patient and caring . I think I have the gift of taking care of others. I have compassion on my work, I can put smiles on my clients' face.I am a good listener. I treat my clients as my own families with a loving heart.I feel proud of my job ,because I bring peace and love to them. I experienced; Alzheimer's,dementia,MSA and hospice care. I also experienced G-tube,suction machine, hoyer lift and catheter. I gave my clients not only life assistance but also loving.And I got love from them,too. So I enjoy this job--being a senior caregiver.And I am proud of it.
