I am very kind and passionate about my work. I have enough training required and have worked in this field for 2 years. I love caring for people.I have always been a humanitarian and so helping the vulnerable is part of me. Interacting with my residents,getting to know them better and creating a family kind of relationship with them. I have gotten the opportunity to learn and understand different cultures,beliefs and values. I have also learned to be appreciative and more courteous to those you care for and the society as a whole

I am CNA, HHA, Med-Tech, and now a Care Manager. I love helping others that are in need! I had a daycare for 18 years. I was looking for something else in helping others that's why I went back to school to become a CNA and HHA. I'm now in Care Management. I manage medication's, doctors appointments, transportation and oversight of senior care. Which includes case management that includes, family members that live out of state, that I oversee their family members to make sure they are receiving the best care. I love spending time with the elderly. I would not trade my job as a Care Manager/caregiver. I have taken care of many seniors, in the last 17 years and love it so much! It makes me feel so good when I go in to help others that are having a hard time taking care of themselves. And family members needing oversight of their family members in need of care. Vaccinated.

Started out at 15yrs old working as a lifeguard (seasonal job) along side some very respectable fire fighters through Silverwood Theme Park. Worked there for 4 years and have three years experience in two different advanced health care facilities. With typed out references from family members on care provided. I've also been through general college courses and have my face on the building of Expressions School of Arts as a singer/dancer/actress. I believe I came out of the box as a compassionate person with patience and a nurturing disposition. Started my working career in medical right after high school 30 years ago. It's something that stuck and never looked at it as hard work. Compassion and ability to understand clients needs focusing on his physical restrictions, mental disorders, age, could be great skills for caregiver and to make him professionally great. Not just job opportunity but is also some details in this career which are relevant to my talents and my skills, that is area where I see myself efficient and useful for that specific population of human beings. Learning process from clients something new how to deal with certain difficult situations when people appeared to be less susceptible by regular community. Ability to be empathetic to elderly clients and communicate with them especially when at the end of life period.
