Hello Clients Home health care has been one of my expertise for 5+ years. What attracted me to being a caregiver was seeing how hard it is for someone to not be able to help themselves. Some expertise that helps me be a great caregiver is that I have patience, I'm kind, and I respect everyone. I love to make everyone smile and feel encouraged. I enjoy being able to spend time with my clients, making them feel loved, and most importantly, seeing a smile on their faces. I recently just graduated from college receiving my bachelor's of science in CJ.

I've been a CNA & ERtech for 20+ years from hospitals, home-care,hospice to schools,no job is too small or large if there's a need I can fill or fit into. My mother was an RN that owned a large senior day care that I grew up in, in her twilight years I became her caregiver so I've been on both sides of the 'caregiver' role, I know how hard it is to find a good match and how important dependability, honesty and a compassionate heart is. I've remained in this role all these years because I genuinely love history and people to me are the ultimate living walking history especially seniors. I've won many awards but I'm most proud when I'm able to bring comfort or a smile to someone. I have many references letters and awards, can provide all at interviews my hourly rate is negotiable depending on hours, pay is negotiable.

1)I became a caregiver because I love to help others and make a different in someone else's life .2)What I like about being a caregiver is,to be able to help someone and it's really make me happy . Because I am a loving & caring & respectful ,trustworthy person .When I'm helping someone I feel very happy , especially for those that can't help themselves. 3) A personal achievement that I am proud of ,is all my four children are done with college and one of them is married and started with new job and have a funny and beautiful little girl that's make the whole family really happy. and my last one/son is graduated done with college & already starting working. All 4 of them are doing really well and some of them are already starting their own business. And To me that's a big accomplishment and very proud of all of them. That makes me really happy &they are really close to God that 's making me even more happier. Only God can do such things ...To me it's a dream come true & Glory to GOD. 4)About myself , I've been married for 34 +years and I have four children and I am God fearing . And I've been Cna for more than 20 years and +and I love what I do . The reason that I love it is because I had a car accident 20 years ago I could not do nothing for myself and my family took care of me and I said to myself whenever I'm getting better and able to do everything I have to help others who needed help & won't be able to take care of themselves. And because I have compassion for what i do and I tell anyone that who want me to work with a loved one if they don't have enough money to pay I'm willing to negotiate. Because our Father in heaven wants us to care for one another.

Over The past years, A Family had nominated me for the best Aide they ever have. They favor me as a very honest and dependable trustworthy in terms of work. I have also demonstrated the ability to work independently as well as become a valued team member . My communication and leadership skills have been cultivated through my extracurricular combination of skills and experience . I love what I do let me start off by saying that and I believe when a person live their job it's for them to not be an problem when it comes to doing their job. I love taking care of people I think I get that from my nana (grandmother) she always had me with her as she was doing her work and I think I took it interesting bad an child I enjoy the look on clients face when you have given them good news about their loved one it could be something so small but it's really huge because of the fact that they have been trying to get them to do it and maybe they would not but now that they are that's an accomplishment my personality also has alot to do with the type of work I do for example me being sooooooooo caring and I know it may sound a lil not good but I do tend to worry if people are not ok or feeling well and I try to do whatever I can in order to change that. I am proud of me taking the time and getting on the path to what I wanted to do in the long run so early by going to job corps for C.N.A I could not have did anything greater because I knew this was exactly what I wanted to do because I love to take care of people.
