I love to be able to make a difference in peoples life. I love to be able to talk and help someone who is in need of it even when there not. Life is about compassion and vulnerability and I'm always here to help.

Caring for others and their well being is a passion of mine. I have been in the medical field in some fashion for the past 40 years. I have extensive knowledge and experience with the in home care arena. My charge has included children with special needs, adults and seniors with varying medical complications. Trustworthy, reliability, and respectful are qualities of mine. I also possess the gifts of compassion, mercy and empathy; and have extensive experience in hospice care as well. Additional experience includes PT< OT<ST<RT.

In 2014 I started caregiving. It wasn't something I planned on doing or dreamed about. I was in need of a job and a friend introduced me to the position. I have loved it ever since. I love getting to know people and their life experiences. Everyday is something new. All the different care plans and people are exiting to me. This helps me learn something new regularly and keep things from being mundane.

After being introduced into caregiving, I completely fell in love with it. I absolutely love being able to help someone in any way! Caregiving was very natural to me, it was very instinct for me. Helping families that really want someone to ACTUALLY take care of their loved one. As I see it i treat them as I want my family memeber to be treated. I've been in the healthcare field for about 16 years. I have experience with elder care and DD care. I have managed group homes and started my own in home care agency. I am very passionate about what I do as I feel I was put here on earth to make a positive impact for those I serve and care for. I feel that if I can somehow make someones life more enjoyable or bring a higher level to their quality of life then I have done my job. These are our parents, grandparents, friends and family who need quality care and I know when I am with them, they are receiving genuine love and care. It brings me joy to the positive impact I make in their lives.

I have been in this field for 23 years.. I absolutely love what I do. I take pride in the fact that I can help somebody stay healthy and happy with quality care, in their own home . I began my career in my teen years, taking care of my grandparents before their passings, and knew then, that this was my calling. The relationships and bonds I have been blessed to experience and be part of is unmatchable, being such a special part of someone's life is irreplaceable to me, and something I cherish. I take my job very seriously, and safety is always of #1 importance to me, for my clients as well as myself. I am professional, a problem solver, reliable, and can work with any level of care needed as stages may progress, as I have worked with everything... from companion care all the way to end of life, and medical care such as trach's and respirators, etc, and everything in between.

I love working with the elderly. I did it for 2 years and loved every second of it.

Having patience, understanding and a good communicating skills are my good traits to be a successful caregiver. I like to become caregiver being in this position i can practice my passion to taking care and help them. I enjoyed because they will say thank you to you that they are satisfied to your job and they feel comfortable and safe.
