My ability to go above and beyond. I'm always smiling and very patient ,great listener. What attracted me to be a caregiver is just seeing how many people need help and knowing I can offer the help even before becoming a caregiver. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is being able to see my patients smile knowing I can make they day and help them and take some load off them to relax. Thats where my passion really began, as a youg girl I would go with my mom to work in the nursing homes and i knew from there that thats what i wanted to pursue in life. I have been a cna since 1998 . I love taking care of people and making them smile. I've worked in hospitals, long term care facilities and in home care.

I became a caregiver because I wanted to make my father proud. My father passed away in 2010, from poor circulation in the legs. He died from a heart attack. My father lived with kidney failure, diabetes, high blood pressure, glaucoma, cataracts... you name it, he had it . I cared for him since I was 14 , up until he passed. I miss him dearly and want to offer my help to others in need.
