I am very empathetic, compassionate, trustworthy and respectful. I am a good listener and a good conversationalist about most topics. I am gentle and caring person and treat everyone I care for as a caregiver equally from all walks of life. I decided I wanted to pursue a career in healthcare and CNA work when my grandfather fell I'll 25 years after he had a brain aneurysm, I cared for my grandfather for almost 2 years before he passed away in 2018. What I enjoy the most about being a caregiver is seeing how much I am able to give the people I take care of a sense of independence, stability and making them feel loved and comfortable. Seeing them smile and happy, making sure to ensure the people I care for that they are seen and that they are not a burden or unloved but that they are loved. Making the people I care for have a sense of hope after my caretaking is very rewarding. One of my biggest personal achievements I am most proud of is becoming a mother. As well as pushing myself to go back to school and graduated college with my medical assistant diploma and graduating with high honors with a GPA of 3.93!

What makes me a great caregiver is my compassion and understanding for a person health. I enjoy helping others that may need a little extra help helping themselves. I feel great joy making days a little bit easier for patients. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is the ability to help others, put a smile on their face and help them get through their toughest days.

I became a care giver because my grand father was very sick and I wanted to be like the aid that helped us take care of him when he was sick.
