Hello my name is Christine I have been a care giver my whole life ..I started out by taking care of a little girl with spinabifada for 3 years she was a neighbor. I watched Francesca from a new born till 3 in a half...She had lots of surgeries shunt put in and replaced ...she had to use a cathiter couldn't really walk did lots of physical therapy with her...I loved taking care of her ..I follow her on Facebook still..she is 35 now...Then I took care of my mother , brothers and little sister my mom has had lots of medical problems..I use to take care of a little girl name Mary and her sister but Mary had Ceribal Palsy she required alot of care watch her 40 hours aweek well her mom was in nursing school...Then I took care of a man in his 70s who was legally blind...I cooked and cleaned for him took him shopping read his mail for him ..I raised 4 children 3 boys and my beautiful daughter I adopted from Russia...I took care of my grandma who lived with me for 8 years...She had a stroke and dragged her foot alittle she passed away 5 years ago...I started working at All for u home care because I love and need to take care of people.. Taking care of someone gives me purpose and makes me happy ...

Performing a variety of nursing care duties concerned with personal care and following established procedures with treatment in an inpatient and outpatient clinic settings. Assists in patient orientation into their designated unit. Recognizes and reports patient problems or changes in patient's condition to team leader. Documents simple subjective and objective information. Preserve patient dignity and minimize discomfort while carrying out duties such as feeding, grooming, bedpan changes, diapering, emptying drainage bags, glucose monitoring, bathing. Commended for chart accuracy, effective team collaboration, patient relations and consistent delivery of empathetic care. Displayed strong clinical skills in assessing vital signs, and providing pre- and post-operative care. Adhered to safety guidelines, completed hospital's three-hour Patient Safety Training Program. Ensured the accurate, timely flow of information by maintaining thorough patient records and updating healthcare team on patients' status. Hi my name is Darci, I have been working in health care for the past 25+ years. I started out as a Medical Assistant working in an Urgent Care Center in my early 20's. Soon after I was offered a position as a private caregiver for a quadriplegic female and I absolutely loved it. To me there is no job more rewarding and fulfilling then care giving. I have worked as a private in home caregiver and (2010-2015) as a Lead Caregiver/Caregiver trainer in a local Alzheimer's facility. I am also a DONA trained Postpartum Doula with many years experience in caring for new mothers and babies. It's hard to talk about ourselves but I'll give it a try, I was introduced to caregiving by a family member since that day I went and got my self in school to get my cna certification later on I also received my dsp certification. This career is very rewarding for me, helping people and providing support to the people that needed the most is what I enjoy doing the most. I personally like watching movies, going on walks, and cooking.
