I'm friendly easy going I've been doing care for over 10 years. I've worked as a CNA before and from experience I like to see the smiles on a person face when I come around. I enjoy helping others. Housekeeping, running errands, cooking, etc.

I have been a Certified Nursing Assistant/Caregiver for over 20 yrs. I am compassionate and understand the importance of meeting the needs of clients while helping them maintain a high quality of life. I truly enjoy the one on one and getting to know the person and building a trust with them. The smile on there face is priceless. To know there needs without verbal communication at times are being met. I enjoy taking on some of the responsibilities that families are not always able to take on due to there schedules. I have always enjoyed helping and caring for people that need it. This is my job, my passion, and I love it.

I am very friendly, truthful, honest, and caring . I like to help the individual stay active so they do not lose the ability to do for themselves. I have worked in the medical field for many years. I have handled many different scenarios and situations so nothing surprises me to much. I am not judge mental and I enjoy helping the individual to feel good about their day and what they have accomplished. Positivity and Smiles go along way. No one is perfect However, I strive to be the best person I can be everyday. A personal achievement of mine was when I worked with an individual who was non verbal and he had a lot of behaviors and he could be very mean. I spoke to him and treated him like he was the same as everyone else. I cooked a special dinner for him and made it all homemade from scratch and he watched me make the whole meal. When I served him he looked at me took a bite then reached over and grabbed my arm gently and kissed my arm and he smiled so big. It took about a month to get that acceptance from him. When he finally accepted me it made me tear up. I felt so accomplished because this guy ran off so many Direct support Professionals. I felt as though I could do anything because of the wonderful feeling of gratitude and gratefulness that I received from that individual.

I am an outgoing person full of compassion and always willing to listen. Been working as a caregiver since 2005 and love what I do. I enjoy getting to know people and hearing stories of their lives. I am depednable and punctual and willing to go the extra mile.

I assist with Activities of Daily Living and Intermental Activities Daily Living, Bathing, grooming , toileting, feeding,meal prep, Transportation to Dr, errands, and most importantly companionship is always the first. I try to prepare for possible difficulties that patients might experience and take the necessary measures to make things easier for the client and your family. I have cleared my fingerprinting, and have passed my background check with no problems. Its on the website. My CNA license is expired, in the process of getting it renewed.

I started wanting to be a care giver as far back as I remember.. I enjoy spending time & assisting the elderly in need . I have the utmost respect & admoration for the elderly because they have been through so much & they have so much knowledge & wisdom & so many interesting stories I enjoy hearing. I have a great passion for being a care giver. I am a Christian & love to be a part of bringing comfort to those in their Golden years . I have a lot of experience being a care giver I have been a CNA for 14 yrs & before I was a CNA I was a car giver since I was 14 working in a facility house taking care of elderly residents & I also have experience working in home care for several patients .
