To hear the doctor tell the relative that the client is very well taken care of is to me a personal achievement.

What makes me a great caregiver is being very loving, caring, supportive toward the elderly, and a great person. I became a caregiver because from both sides of my family I had 2 great grandmothers who were getting older and as they got older I was always the one to make sure they were okay. I like taking care and going out to run errands with patients, makes us gain a great strong bond to where their family likes you as well. Some people are so quick to give up on this type of work or take their anger out on the elderly.
