My name is Alise Im 32 I have been doing nursing ever since I got out of high school. I just love to take care of other and to help where I am needed. I have worked in nursing home and private duties for some yrs now.

I am a very caring person with a big heart who finds joy in being able to help others .I believe making a difference in individuals lives is very rewarding and makes me feel accomplished.

I get along with anyone and everyone. I was attracted to become a caregiver when I was needed to help care for a few family members and I grew to love it. I enjoy being there to help in any way shape or form that I am needed. I am proud of being who I am an love that fact that I can share the love by helping others.

Hi I'm 23 years old , and I've never thought I would want or love doing a job like this . I had sick family members that I would help take care of so I said I would give it a try and make a job out of it . Since I had this one client she's touched my heart and I loved it every since !!! I've been doing this for a little over 2 years and not sure what else I would want to do until I go back to school. I majored in biological science to be a forensic science technician. I didn't finish because of some family conditions. But until then I hope I can join a family and help take care of clients as best as I can and give them love and companionship that some are missing .

I am a caring and giving person. I treat my clients as if they are family with respect. I know how to reroute behavior if they are having a bad day. Being in a good mood around clients is what gets them through the day. I strive for them having a nice time. I became a caregiver when I worked for Cedar Lane Apts and the Director saw how I treated the Assisted Living. One client was difficult but she loved me so they ask if I can be her caregiver in 2003. I been doing it every since. I enjoy seeing the looks on my clients face when they are happy. I enjoy putting them in a good mood. I love our outings I'm proud that the families brag on me and the staff appreciated me. I'm proud that I got to sometimes put them to bed comfortable. I'm proud to wear my scrubs

What makes me a great caregiver is because I'm an easy going person and understand others. What attracted me about being a caregiver is the smile that I bring into others face. I enjoy learning more about my client listening to their stories about when they were young how they use to be . I'm proud of being the first child to graduate in my family

As a long term caregiver, I am not only very loving and genuine, but I believe that entering into a career choice such as caregiving should be something that one is passionate about. I myself have grown up with family who have selflessly given their time, love and attention to others. I have a natural gift of helping and serving. I would never choose to care for people for just monetary purposes. I have helped care for people since I was a teenager, helping my mom with her clients. I honestly love to serve. I feel fulfilled knowing that I'm able to assist somebody. Being needed is my joy. It motivates me. I care about people's wellbeing as if they are my own family. I have served with a wide variety of people over the last 15 years. I worked in assited facilities, live-in care, and daily care. I have an extensive history with serving elderly and I love what I do. I am very easy to work with. I go above and beyond for people. I dont mind working long hours to help however I can. I look at caregiving as a lifestyle I would hope someone would give my family or myself when needed someday.

I would describe my personality as quiet and somewhat shy. I have always found it rewarding to work with the elderly. I also like the fact the I am able to build a relationship with the people I care for. I think that my ability to pay attention to detail and always insure safety is what makes me a good caregiver. A personal achievement I am proud of would be obtaining my associates degree during the pandemic.

I love helping people. Taking care of my great grandmother attracted me to this field of work.
