Patient..I am very patient and I allow the senior am taking care of to move at their own pace and not make them feel rushed.. Dependable and honest... i work with great deal of independence...I'm always on time and prepared to perform required duties in the absence of continuous supervision. Compassionate...I possess a powerful desire to help others especially seniors ...they are inviting and available even if all they do is listen and provide companionship.

I am very knowledgeable in the caring field. I am dependable & trustworthy. I don't have children so I put all of my heart and time into those who need me. I feel like God has blessed me with the skills and ability to have a caring heart. I strive to make your loved ones journey as safe & productive as possible. I love nurturing . One of my favorite experiences being a caregiver are the families that I meet and become close with. They become family to me too. I took care of my husband who passed after 19 years of cancer, my grandparents , who both suffered from Alzheimer's. Spent numerous years working in a rest home & for private clients in their home. I am a great caregiver, because I always do my best with alot of passion. My goal is to comport, encourage and make my client feel much better than I found them. Also i remind my clients to count their blessings more than what their facing on a daily basis. I always wanted to be caregiver because i knew i am capable and talented in bringjng a difference in people's daily life. I enjoy alot of things while I am delivering direct care to my clients . Love working with people and there families. I worked with elderly woman and men who have had dementia and Alzheimer's disease. I know of someone who has Parkinson disease. Just knowing that there are people who need help with ADL and me putting a smile on their face.

7 years ago I started out by being a caregiver for my grandmother. She had a stroke and needed help getting around the house. Since then I've been working with others to help make their living easy. I've worked with people who have dementia. I enjoy helping others out . Especially to the ones who really need it. I worked at a memory care and assisting living facility for 6 years. I'm now looking for one on one care . I hope I can make you and your loves one life easier. I work full time but I'm free early mornings. Looking for a minimum of 15 hrs a week.Katy area ONLY.
