Hello, I pray you're reading about me while all is well. You may see that I did not include a particular school of training. This is because all of my experience is hands on, from the private care of my own grandmother to the private care of others and then that as a caregiver for Home Instead Senior Care. I am a chef by trade, but I have a passion for & love the elderly and mentally disabled. When you have a natural passion for something you excel at it. This is what makes me a wonderful caregiver. I'm always willing to put in any extra time needed to learn new things. I love spending time with the elderly & mentally disabled, & I treat them as I would my own family. I understand that it is not always easy to have someone come into your home to help you do things you've been used to doing on your own. I treat every client of mine with the dignity & respect they deserve and am always willing to go above and beyond to make sure they are cared for. I enjoy listening to their stories, preparing nostalgic meals, & being a motivation & encouragement in any way that I can. Please dont hesitate to ask me anything that may be of a concern when it comes to your loved one. I am very transparent, loyal, honest and patient, and would love to be of any help that I can be. I am also willing to travel.

I grew up with a huge family, my mother was a Foster care provider, my dad was a Chief Fireman, I am the youngest of 8children, I grew up watching my mom take care of handicapped children my entire life, I always loved seeing how happy it made her to be able to help someone, even if it were just by giving that child love, I've grown to follow her footsteps and I just love being able to help someone if I can, even if can't make them better health wise, I can help them feel better emotionally, everyone deserves the BEST CARE POSSIBLE, that's why I love doing this job! I'm experienced in all aspects of Nursing, I've done pretty much everything expected, I am Certified in Nursing, I'm in school for Phlebotomy, I worked 15yrs in Dementia Care, as well as Alzheimers. I'm very fun to be around and love the new experiences with each client.

I have many years experience with caregiving and have been in the health field since 1984. Always attending to those special needs of the client, with the upmost respect. Doing any tasks at hand, according to the care plan. To make sure, they know they can trust me and I am there for them. I helped taking care of my heavenly Stepdad and it made my heart whole. I would take care of others, just like they was family. I am very tentative and compassionate and want them to trust me. I love helping out others, in time of need. Is a position where it requires many hats and I have worn many. I have been there for many, until the end. To do my job that best that I can, to show them I care and see a smile, would complete my day.

Hi I would say that I am a great caregiver I have been doing this for over eight years now. I am compassionate and caring observant and pay attention to detail. I care about the well-being of my patient and their interest. I can usually catch a lot of things that are going on before the patient or the family does a lot of times from the experience that I've had over the years of handling and dealing with the elderly. I actually just fell into caregiving I started taking care of my husband's grandfather which actually he was very close to and considered him a father figure and that's how it all started for me. And from there every patient that I've ever had her taken care of I've usually taken care of them until the end because I care for anybody I take care of like they're my own family. What I most enjoy about being a caregiver is knowing that I'm helping a human being make their life a little easier. Because as we all know when you get older you lose your Independence and that's harder on you so I'm here to help them and make them feel secure and not to feel like they're a burden. I would have to say one of the most proudest moments of my personal achievements is the fact that I know that every person that I've ever taken care of I know that they felt love from me and knew that I would be there for them and they wouldn't be alone if they needed it and I take pride and the care that I give to individuals. And my duties and responsibilities are always done and taken care of I don't lack on them either.
