I Assisted patients with various activities of daily living, including using the toilet, bathing, dressing, preparing food, eating, drinking, and moving around. Followed patient care plan directives as recommended or instructed by nurse. Performed regular homemaking chores, such as doing dishes, sweeping and mopping floors, doing laundry, and cleaning patient medical equipment. Ensured safe, healthy, clean, and uplifting patient environment at home. Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one or group therapy setting to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatments as directed by the supervisor. Collect and record data on patient behavior. Collaborate, communicate, and assist with the training of clients, parents, and staff.

I have been a professional care giver for over 8 years , But been one for over 20 years. I started caregiving when my mother got sick in 2001 , she lost sight and hearing So being the eldest among my siblings , I had to come up with a care plan Care giving then became a passion I hold a Bachelor's Degree in social work which made me love care giving more.
