I'm 46 years old. I been married 19 years and have a 18 year old son who just graduated this year. I personally love being a caregiver. I've done it on and off for about 10 years now. I've always liked to help people and have customer service jobs but at the same time I knew I wanted to do more, so one day I was offered to be a caregiver and I accepted it and have loved it since. I was a private caregiver for almost a year and not to long after that I become a private caregiver for another lady for about the same time. I did get out of it for a little bit because when they passed away it was hard on me and I had to find away to deal with it because I knew in my heart it was what I was suppose to do and that's what brought me to Carelinx . I now have been working thru carelinx over 2 years now with a lady part time and I love it and wouldn't change it for the world. I promise your family will always be treated as my own. Thank you.

The best part about being a caregiver is being able to attend to the individual needs of each client and to be able to provide some peace for them in what can be a very trying time.

Im a very bubbly warm hearted person that enjoys caring for others. What attracted me to caregiving is spending alot of time with my late grandmother. I enjoyed being there for her and making sure she didn't lift a finger. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is the companionship. I have been involved in geriatric care since I was a Candy Striper at American Health and Rehabilitation in Florida at the age of 13yrs old. I'm a retired 38yr. flight attendant where care was a huge part of my job. I took care of my mother for 10yrs. while her dementia progressed. With my background you can trust in my knowledge, patience, caring nature. I really enjoy my clients and being with them when they need assistance. I believe in being there to assist a customer in living as independent as safely as possible. I'm most proud of the care I was able to give to my mom. I always treat my patients as if they were my family.
