At the present I have been caring for a bed bound gentleman who is in a declining state. What I enjoy most is helping care and talking with them sharing there personal stories about there lives and adventures I also enjoy there company being a caregiver is not just coming in and caring for there personal needs and leaving it's also about conversing with them sharing things making them laugh or telling them stories that I have seen or done . My achievement that I am most proud of is helping two of my clients to become strong enough to move better through therapy one elderly client had a broken hip with time and a lot of strength exercises she was able to take a walk with a walker again and the gentleman I cared for his leg had no strength in it now he's able to move it not a lot but it got to the point he is gaining muscle back in it.

I have worked 2 jobs since I was 15 years old. I have always been a multi-tasker and long to do for others. I have been married to my wonderful husband for 30 years. We have a beautiful daughter who graduated from WVU with a degree in biology and is now on her way to medical school. I find taking care of others is very gratifying. I also have a private catering business. Needless to say.... cooking is one of my favorite hobbies along with gardening. It would be my pleasure to have the opportunity to care for someone and have their family secure in my help for their loved one.

I am currently a Patient Care Tech at St. Anthony's Hospital (BayCare Health) were I have the opportunities to feel and see the difference, I contribute in restoring patients to their health; to be apart of patients health care it is amazing feeling that brings joy to my heart. I become a caregiver to make difference in people in life, by providing interactive way to restores independences of one life and thus help patients feels happier when achieving their moto skills and gives them the confidence they needed to believe in their self again. My personal achievement that I am proud of is when I am with COVID patients on the hospital floor and seeing most of these patients came in can't breath and walk because their are too and has be oxygen , and see these patient restore back to help is my most proud moments in life .
