I'm very compassionate and empathetic when it comes to working with individuals that need that little extra help or we're born with conditions that are out of their control. I've always known since I was in 5th grade that I wanted to put my heart into work where I can be beneficial to someone else. I love you working with IDD/ or disabled individuals. The best part about working as a caregiver is seeing the progress and seeing how happy the individuals are to have someone who cares about them. A personal achievement would be having my kids and being able to have patience and understanding with them from the years of learning through my caregiver experience. They are my pride and joy.

I started doing this at 16 taking care of my mother who had a stroke taught her everything all over again then I took care of my grandmother for 5 years after a stroke who didn't recover she passed away 5 years later I love helping other people and enjoy being able to put a smile on there faces and brighten up there day and I love what I do bc it's something my heart and soul Is into doing I've tried other things didn't work I love being able to help the elderly and children and young adults

Graduated high school in 2009, Have my OSHA card (10 hours), drug recovery training, reliable, clean, hard worker, trustworthy, organized, use a planner, experienced, I eat the same healthy things every day to get max my performance in work and life.

I developed the business to take care of my nan and pap in order to stay home together and maintain a comfortable manageable life style,

I'm a caregiver who is honest dependable never late for work, I love what I do I take passion in caring for my clients. I have been a care giver for 37 years. I became interested in being a caregiver when a lady ask me for help she told me that she was not able to bathe herself. which I did help her and did not take any money from her she thanked me. So after that I assisted her with her care when I could and helped her to find more help. that is when I decided that this is what I wanted to do. I like seeing their faces when they get the help that they need just seeing that smile on their face is priceless. My personal achievement that I'm so proud of. I worked with this lady who wanted to work part time I found her a job which she had to volunteer for a week to see if she was able to do the work. I assisted her showing her what she needed to do. after 3 days she was offered the job I was so proud of her. she worked part time at the job and later was offered a supervisory position.

5 Years of experience as a CNA leading to a Home Care supervisor and clinical liaison for in home health. 2 years educational experience in healthcare administration. Honor roll student with great references from families previously worked with.

I got into this line of work because I grew up watching my mom work in nursing homes and volunteered when I could. I have 10 years experience in the medical field and 4 years of one on one caregiver experience.
