Hello. My name is Dahny. My husband and I are parents to three boys; age 8, 10, and 12. They are great kids. Helping others have always been second nature to me. Before I had my boys, I was a foster mom to a new born baby boy. I picked him up from the hospital when he was 3 days old. I took care of him for about three months before he was adopted by a family who had adopted his brother. It was difficult letting him go but I knew he would be okay growing up with a biological brother. Shortly after my darling foster child left, I found my husband and we started our family almost right away. I spent 10 years taking care of my family. With my boys in school full time, I went back to helping others as a caregiver and I love it. I take care of everyone under my watch like my own family. I treat everyone with respect, understanding, and with kindness. I am grateful and proud that I have only had positive feedback from past clients.

Four years ago I retired from nursing. Recently, I moved to Phoenix Arizona to be near family. I have one married daughter in Phoenix where I presently reside, and another married daughter in Peoria. My daughter and son-in-law in Peoria have one daughter and are currently expecting their second child. Prior to moving here, my most recent pertinent work experience was as a homecare non-medical provider to an senior woman in her Kansas home. Though hired as "non-medical care provider" much of my assistance with this woman did revolve around her medical needs as she was an end-stage cancer patient, as well as diabetic. I helped manage her medication schedule, transportation and ensuring she went to medical/doctor appointments. I also monitored her daily health needs such as blood pressure, blood sugars, etc. I would like to care for you or a loved one in your home, and assist you with some of your care needs. I am willing to assist with light housekeeping, meal preparations, exercise/physical therapy programs, transportation and occasional errands or grocery shopping. I have been working for kindly care for 2 years and previously worked for synergy for 1 year. I enjoy working one on one with clients in their home.
