Hi I prefer Kathy, but you can call me Kathleen. I like to think I am very patient with all types of individuals and am compassionate. I have a strong desire to help people and especially those who are really young or elderly. I am looking to help people in need of care from daily functions and tasks. I have always had a burning desire to help others which is why I studied psychology and counseling. My experience consists of having cared for infants and toddlers. I have also interned at a retirement home where I visited many elderly, engaged them in exercise and activities, and shared stories. I would love the opportunity to care for the elderly. I enjoy listening to stories from them and getting insight into their lives as well as learn life lessons. Caring for someone in need is the most rewarding fulfilling feeling for me.

I am a very caring and lovable person. I enjoy helping others the best that i possibly can. When i was younger I use to go to work with my step mom who was a CNA and i enjoyed being able to make a diffrrence in the residents lifes. The thing I enjoy the most about being a caregiver, is that i actually get to take time out of my day to meet new people and put a smile on others faces. I am most proud of the fact that i get to wake up knowing I am being the best mom I can be and also being the vest CNA that I Can be.

I have experience with Dementia, severe Anxiety and Depression, Cerebral Palsy, mild to moderate Developmental Disabilities. I am an animal lover so pets are not a problem for me.

It's an exciting transformation becoming an adult and I am looking for some steady hours to get my rent paid! I truly enjoy being around the elderly I grew up with my grandma living with me with Alzheimer's as a child and I always wanted to help in anyway I could. Taking care of people is truly something from your heart. I like to help make a difference in their life to reassure them everything will be ok.

I became a caregiver to take care of the elderly because It is a great need for it. My mother and Grandmother was in the field as well. I enjoy what I do and my children are my pride and joy and they are very proud of me. I work very hard for my residents and I would like to eventually move in to being an LPN and move to a RN
