What makes me a great caregiver is my heart. I have always cared about the well being of others, it makes me happy knowing that I am able to help people. What I like about caregiving is meeting new people, and being able to do all I can to comfort and help. A personal achievement I am really proud of is working with someone with CP. This person was in a wheel chair for a long number of years, this person gave up long ago. I came in and got to help this person and care for them helped with motaviating this person to start exercising and then we started taking small steps, thru out my years of caregiving with this person. I was able to help get this person out of the chair and to start walking again. It made me feel so good to see smiles from my client and the family because of how I dedicated myself to her, I was able to give hope and was able to see my client do somethings on their own. It is definitely a highlight to caregiving.

I have time and patience for each one of my clients. I strive to make each one top priority when I am with them. My mom and grandmother are nurses and I use to go to work with them. Seeing there patience face light up when they got to work was great. Then watch how they took care of each one. It inspired me to make a difference. I love meeting new people. Traveling to different places. Meeting the families. I am a people person. My greatest achievement is finishing college while raising a family and working.

Hi. I am what they consider a vet in the medical field. I started out taking care of my grandmother at the age of 14. Doing so gave me this since of honor and love. It also sparked my interest in helping others throughout my years. I have worked with dementia, hospice, disabilities, given showers, cleaned clothes and etc. I was a certified CNA and STNA in two different states with high honor. I am now med certified and also a Behavior Technician.

I have been working in healthcare since I was in high school. I love caring for and assisting people. I fill my free time with volunteer work, coaching cheerleading and gymnastics, being the room parent at my daughter's school, and activities at the American Legion. I'm laid back and patient, which seems to fit well with home healthcare. Also, I just returned from volunteer work in Jamaica. It's definitely my calling to work with people!

I have worked with elder care for over 18 years. The bulk of my time has been with hospice care but I also have experience with Alzheimers, Diabetes, and movement disorders (MS, ALS etc) I will always care for you family as if they were my own.

I have been a caregiver since I was 8, I helped take care of my grandmother, I didn't go to school for this career but once I graduated and started helping my grandmother more I knew I wanted to be in a career that I could help others. As the years went on I have been in this career for 8 years plus if you consider me when I was younger. I also have 3 children and 1 of them is my niece and I have custody of her. I am so proud of the career I have chosen, I also took care of my mother that has lung cancer until she passed. I ma a very lovable and caring person.

I am a very energetic fun outgoing person l will go above and beyond to make your day most enjoyable.. weather it be going for walks or sitting around chit chatting about old days .. I always make sure I put a smile on my patients face . Hi, My name is Regchal but it's said Rachael different, Yes I know lol. Am 23 years of age graduate from high school have two childeren of my own that I love to the Moon and back. Yet I decided to become a caregiving back in 2006 when my mother had to get open heart surgery she had an 80% blockage of the heart ovary basically devastated the whole family thing were chaotic but I myself had to pull it together and be her strength I was only 16 when I took care of my mom after heart surgery I got offered a job at Cleveland Clinic one of the biggest hospital in the world to be an aide there yet, my mom thought I was to young at the time. I love what I do and I am good, but what makes me great and stand out from other is that I have a passion for it, it's God's gift to me to be nurturing and with this gift I was and still is my mother back bone, to others it's just wiping butt and cleaning people but to me it's a whole lot more then just that, I myself as an nursing Aides become attracted Family we build trust tell stories cry together we get through the storm to get to the sun but you have to do this with a caring heart so our resident build confidence and say they can instead I can't.

I have been a caregiver in various aspects over the past 21 years. I give everyone the detailed care I gave my parents. I pay attention to detail, am courteous and compassionate, and love what I do. All people deserve to have the best care possible and to feel comfortable, safe and loved. And I love to deliver just that!
