Hello, my name is Belinda Im from Alice TexasBeing a caregiver requires affection ,Patience,Compmpassion>I Love working with elder people sometimes you have to have empathy because ive seen how they are abused and ignored , I love sharing stories and even when we would take them gifts to th nursing homes to see the smile on thier face at christmas was more than enough .Being able to work with them brings me so much joy. I hope i grow old to that age , and someone put the heart thati have and share it

I am a very compassionate, caring, loving and empathetic person. I started my career in the medical field as server at a nursing home which led to me going to school to become a CNA. I have over 10 years of taking care of the elderly especially those who suffer from Dementia and Alzheimer's Disease. My whole life I have always loved taking care of other people as well as animals. I am proud that with this training I was able to care for my grandparent's and currently help with my mother.

I've done this job for 24 years and have always gone above and beyond for all of my residents...the one thing I enjoy the most about my job is working in my Alzheimer's unit ...
