I am a single mom of two kids ( young adults) I enjoy the beach, fishing,sunning,swimming and spending time with my family I got in this profession because my late grand mother had Alzheimer's and was wheel chair bound, I love the elderly and treat them with love,compassion and respect as they were my own. I feel the elderly paved the way for our generation, have put in many years of their heart and soul into our communities in some way and deserve to be in their own environment where they feel comfortable and safe. In my eyes not only am I helping them but they help me as well, from stories of their past to the way the world has changed. I have not met an elderly person that I haven't learned something from.
