I have a calm kind personality, and have great time management skills. I helped with the care of my aging father and realized there was a real need for people like him. I enjoy being around people, playing cards was one of my dads favorite activities and it was so much fun! My best achievement so far has been raising my 5 children into kind successful adults.

I am compassionate, respective, understanding and experienced in care giving. I have worked in health care industry all my professional life. Likewise in my personal life, I took care of my Stroke strikened maternal- grandfather till his passing. I have passion for servicing and comforting others.

I have been a CNA since 2018. I have experienced alot of trials and tribulations in this job, but its something that I love. Taking care of the elderly is the field I am ment to be in, thats why I have decided to further my education in Nursing. I am a young mother of three, and my kids are my world. With all that, I always make time for my family.

What helps me be great for this job is im very patient person i try to make everyone smile, what attracted me to this job is this is something i ben wanting to do and is a step in my career as a RN, i enjoy everything cause i love the job, a personal achievement im proud of is finishing high school and then it will be finishing college

I chose this career because I like to help other people, and one way to do it is to work in the medical field. A fact that motivated me to do so is that when I was five years old, my grandmother was sick and I was able to observe how other people did not take care of her properly.

After many long years of working directly with people in diverse professional settings back then in the day ;when I was used to be a certified nurse assistance CNA from state of California, where I had gained all the experienced dealing & taken care of all types of geriatric residents in the nursing homes of settings & Private home care . Therefore here are the top 5 lists I always have ; 1. Excellent verbal & written communication ; strong communication skill in order to communicate effectively with doctors & nurses. 2. Empathy & compassion ; vital qualities that are extension of interpersonal skills when working with senior residents . 3. Ability to follow set rules and protocols 4. Time management & organizational skills often work with limited supervision ; file paperwork & report in timely manner. 5. Astute observation skills ; which is observing residents day to day physical & mental health at all the times . Fully strong sense of awareness in the client's environment to ensure safety. The only thing that I really enjoy being a care giver are I have a great compassion , pleasant with very positive of attitudes ,very caring person and I really like to help others.
