First and foremost my education as a degree holder of Bachelor of Science in Nursing.Certified ,Trained and Experienced as a Certified Nursing Assistant to various Hospitals,Assisted Living,Skilled Nursing,and Home Care Facilities.I have ample period of time of experience to various facilities and hospitals.I have met and worked with many patients, elders,and different clients and with diff.cases. Need less to say That I am in the process of to taking my NCLEX for RN,in order for me to be equip academically and governmentally licensed to practice my profession. I began my caregiving career as a skilled CNA in a nursing home at the Care Center in Oakdale. Once I perfected my skills and with the proper work-methods, I resumed my work ethics at Oak Valley Hospital in the Rehabilitation Center; and was promoted by The Director of Nursing to a RNA position ( Restorative Nursing Assistant) working directly with professionals such as PT, PTA, Speech Specialists, RNs and Doctors. It was my absolute pleasure to see my patients regain their health and return home to loved ones. With my acquired experience and knowledge, great compassion and kindness, I became an independent caregiver and have worked as a private caregiver for over 15 yrs. I love what I do. I have met many wonderful clients and family loved ones; and graciously, I have received many letters of recognition. Through my caregiving process, I have worked diligently along side Hospice, applying my nursing skills to bring comfort to dying patients. My goal is to bring a quality of life to my clients with much joy and with a compassion filled with gentle kindness. Hello! My name is Cassie, and I live in Modesto, CA. and have more than 30 years experience. I trained as a SNA(Student Nurse Assistant) back in July of 1990 and became a CNA(Certified Nurse Assistant) in September of 1990. I have worked for many years in Nurse Registries, convalescent hospitals, hospitals, and private homes before returning to school and pursuing other interests until my children grew up. As my children got older I eventually pursued my dream by becoming a one on one State Certified Private Home Care Aide. I have continued working as a CHCA since October 2011 and have enjoyed learning and growing with my clients as well as their families all while Iearninq to care for their needs in a way they have come to appreciate. I LOVE my work and I will continue to do my work until I can no longer be of service to my clients. I have received many compliments from my clients as well as Supervisors from previous company of 12 years and throughout the years of being certified and I will always put the needs of my client first.
