I began my caregiving career as a skilled CNA in a nursing home at the Care Center in Oakdale. Once I perfected my skills and with the proper work-methods, I resumed my work ethics at Oak Valley Hospital in the Rehabilitation Center; and was promoted by The Director of Nursing to a RNA position ( Restorative Nursing Assistant) working directly with professionals such as PT, PTA, Speech Specialists, RNs and Doctors. It was my absolute pleasure to see my patients regain their health and return home to loved ones. With my acquired experience and knowledge, great compassion and kindness, I became an independent caregiver and have worked as a private caregiver for over 15 yrs. I love what I do. I have met many wonderful clients and family loved ones; and graciously, I have received many letters of recognition. Through my caregiving process, I have worked diligently along side Hospice, applying my nursing skills to bring comfort to dying patients. My goal is to bring a quality of life to my clients with much joy and with a compassion filled with gentle kindness. I'm a caregiver that appreciates how important my job is to the people I care for. I am patient , honest, and helpful. And If I don't have the answer, I will find it. Easy going, caring person. I've been caregiving for about 10 years now. I love what I do. I take pride in what I do. No task is too big or too small. I use to be a store manager band I somehow just crossed over into caregiving and I never looked back. What I enjoy most is helping people that need our help. Elders and hospice patients. Hello my name is Nadiha Martinez (you pronounce my name without the "H") I personally have experience in dealing with people that have dementia and all the things that come along with it. I am patient, caring, compassionate, etc. All the things elderly need to feel okay when they're having hard days! I have always wanted to be a caregiver due to my grandparents needing assistance all of my teenage and adult life. I love offering help to those in need and even to those who are afraid to ask for it.. I know what it takes to take care of the elderly and a lot of the time they're just looking for someone to be there with them even if you need to help out and that's what I enjoy the most because seeing their faces light up when you finish the slightest conversation with them makes me the happiest.

Hello! My name is Cassie, and I live in Modesto, CA. and have more than 30 years experience. I trained as a SNA(Student Nurse Assistant) back in July of 1990 and became a CNA(Certified Nurse Assistant) in September of 1990. I have worked for many years in Nurse Registries, convalescent hospitals, hospitals, and private homes before returning to school and pursuing other interests until my children grew up. As my children got older I eventually pursued my dream by becoming a one on one State Certified Private Home Care Aide. I have continued working as a CHCA since October 2011 and have enjoyed learning and growing with my clients as well as their families all while Iearninq to care for their needs in a way they have come to appreciate. I LOVE my work and I will continue to do my work until I can no longer be of service to my clients.
