I started caregiving for elderly and disabled in high school for family friends for several families . I later was a pharmacy technician for many years and worked as a care taker for several of my customers. I was chosen because I was reliable, patient and treated them like they were my family.

I'm outgoing friendly and have over 8 years of caregiving experience. I enjoy sewing, reading, music, and good company. I'm Christian and am a firm believer in loving God and others. I took care of my grandma when I was growing up and my little brother.

After high school, I attended Maric college of medical careers. (medical assisting course.) After graduating, I worked in family practice as a back medical assistant. I continued my Education by taking an EMT course at Mesa College. From there I worked as an respiratory tech for a home oxygen therapy company. After starting a family, I worked as program manager for a senior congregant lunch program. I relocated from Ocean Beach to Oceanside and have been working as an independent contractor on several different cases. I love the work I do and I'm good at it. I'm reliable, dependable, trustworthy, outgoing and friendly. I have reliable transportation with a good driving record and can easily pass a background check. I don't drink smoke or do drugs... I enjoy caring for seniors and have admiration and respect for them. I also have experience with Hospice care, Stroke, Diebetes. I have also completed 2 complex medication training courses and have 10 years experience with hands on medication passing and management. I obtained my CNA/HHA certification in 1987 and Completed an updated course for CNA/HHA in 2017 in order to update my knowledge regarding current changes and laws in the healthcare field.
