I grew up caring for my younger disabled sister. My life experiences and passion to help others led me to teaching children and then, elder care. I love being a Private Caregiver! I have over 25 years experience as a caregiver, and am passionate about what I do. I started caregiving over ten years ago and found out that helping other people In there time of need and to make them as comfortable as possible was what I wanted to do in life. I'm very responsible, attentive and reliable. You can contact any of my former clients or their families and they will all tell you that I become family. I've worked with Child care, autism , Alzheimer's, dementia, cancer patients, stroke and the elderly. I take them to doctors appointments, physical therapy, grocery store. I do light house keeping. Prepare all meals. Medication reminders. I assist with all bathroom needs.

I am experience and qualified in dealing .with many situations, I have experience in Alzheimer/ Dementia Pts, Hospice and Palliative Care, ER and Triage. Home Health, I am energetic, punctual and working under duress is certainly not a problem

I am a natural advocate. I am passionate about everything I do in life. And I love making people smile. I chose caregiving because I am in school for healthcare; I love science and my emphasis is epidemiology. More than anything I love to hear people's life story, I feel caregiving provides the bridge to form a special trust, and experience another person's life. Caregiving enables me become more familiar with empathy, and to more intimately recognize the reality of the human condition.

Hi! I am a non-smoking, reliable, patient, and caring person who has approximately 6 years of experience caring for the elderly. Experience with Early to Moderate Dementia & Lewy Bodies Dementia. I love animals (I have 3 dogs) cooking healthy meals, reading, and knitting. I also provide light housekeeping, meal prep, bathing/dressing, medication prompting and running errands. I prefer to work in a non-smoking environment. My current clients range in age from 58 to 96 years of age with various medical needs including Multiple Sclerosis (Secondary Progressive) I provide companionship, memory exercises to strength training exercises for mobility and balance. Tossing a light weight medicine ball (2lbs - 5lbs) as well as exercising with Resistance Loop Exercise Bands & Single Flat Exercise Resistance Bands and walking. I treat my clients like they are my own parents. Good conversation, helping with anything they need, playing board games, watching tv, doing puzzles and arts and crafts.

I became a caregiver first by caring for my grandmother, I enjoyed helping her. I like to make elderly people happy. I've had a current CNA certifact for 15 + years, I currently work for a hospital in maternity. I float to all different departments throughout the hospital, and I work with a variety of different patients with separate levels of care. I've done home caregiving including hospice, for many years prier to hospital work. I have great reffrences, and I'm excited about working part time in a home environment.
