Hello My name is Loretta, Some of my personality trait or expertise that help me be a Great Caregiver are: I am a people person, enjoy working and helping people of all ages. This has been my dream of working in the medical field since I was young. I have worked in hospitals, nursing homes, Dr. Office and cared for people in their homes over 30 years. What attracted me to this field was I use to go to work with my mother when I was in Jr. High School caring for patient in a nursing home, and the Private clients in their homes. I have not only cared for Seniors, Some of my jobs was caring for Babies, Children with disabilities and needed a caregiver I enjoy the most most is giving my help and support and bring joy to my clients, letting them know that I am there for them. My personal achievements I am proud of is Knowing that I was a help to my clients, doing the job that was needed to the best of my ability, and assuring them that while I was there, they could feel safe and enjoy being with me as much as I am with them, leaving them at the end of the day in a great Mood.

I have 12 siblings 11 grandchildren and has always had a desire to help others.I decided to take the certified nursing assistant. training and became certified in 1993.. I have worked with patients with Alzheimer's , in hospice care, elderly. I am honest,flexible, fast learner,dependable and passionate about the care give to the patient and get along great with others .

I am a caring woman that LOVE my job. I was an Home Health Aide for five years and during that time I realize I wanted to help even more peoples and touch even more life's so I went back to school and became an Certified Nursing Assisted. I became a nurse aide because I always wanted to take care of the elderly. I love having conversations and being with them. I treat my patients as if they were my parents. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is being able to spend time with the patients and hearing their stories, which always puts a smile on both of our faces, for them to know that someone cares for them.
