Hello My name is Loretta, Some of my personality trait or expertise that help me be a Great Caregiver are: I am a people person, enjoy working and helping people of all ages. This has been my dream of working in the medical field since I was young. I have worked in hospitals, nursing homes, Dr. Office and cared for people in their homes over 30 years. What attracted me to this field was I use to go to work with my mother when I was in Jr. High School caring for patient in a nursing home, and the Private clients in their homes. I have not only cared for Seniors, Some of my jobs was caring for Babies, Children with disabilities and needed a caregiver I enjoy the most most is giving my help and support and bring joy to my clients, letting them know that I am there for them. My personal achievements I am proud of is Knowing that I was a help to my clients, doing the job that was needed to the best of my ability, and assuring them that while I was there, they could feel safe and enjoy being with me as much as I am with them, leaving them at the end of the day in a great Mood.

I'm a mother of two amazing children. I'm a very patient and caring person who has a lot of experience assisting individuals with their daily routines. I first got into the field through my cousin who worked with mentally and physically challenged individuals of all ages when I was younger. I did that for many years and loved it. I then moved into early childhood education and worked for Headstart and a few daycare businesses. I started working specifically with seniors when my grandmother unfortunately became ill and I was one of her caregivers until she passed away. Since then I've worked in the field and have met a lot of incredible people. Sometimes I have to go from individual to individual depending on the company I'm working for and have always had good compliments and have always been requested back by them because of my outstanding job performance. My kids are getting older and I'm able to focus more on my career now. I look forward to meeting future clients and being able to assist them in anyway I possibly can to make things a little less stressful and to put a smile on their face.

I have been a caregiver for over 20 years. I have specialized experience in memory care. I have worked in homes and facilities but find my calling is more focused on a one on one basis, therefore I can put my all into one patient.

I enjoy what I do, I do not mind the work even though it can be challenging at times . To me , it's about the reality of what the future holds. Knowing what I can potentially be in for as I get older, as well as my family members, I feel as though this is a great preparation of life . Not only is this type of work rewarding because you get to make a change and help out an individual but it's real life . It's taught me many things and has changed my outlook on life . This job is not for everybody and that's okay. I'm proud of what I do and be apart of someone's positive change. The more experience I gain the more I can do for my own family . The more I can be reliable for them when it's time for them to need me . I'm a very hard worker. I'm a quick learner. I'm trustworthy, I'm honest and I'm dependable. I problem solve the best way I can for a positive outcome. I would say I'm a person's person. I'm there when needed and I don't give up easily.

Love taking care of people

I love to help others with whatever service is necessary. I am able to provide services such as cook, clean, drive patients to wherever necessary, stay with them during the day to take care of them and keep them company. I also am BLS and ACLS certified. I have a medical background in Cardiac Sonography and in that process I learned medical assisting and ekgs.

I love helping people who need help with the tasks for independent living. I took care of my elderly mother for 6 years and found it to be very rewarding to me spiritually. She was very, very thankful for my kindness and empathy. This is important to me to make a difference for someone who needs help!
