I am a certified occupational therapist assistant and have worked in a nursing home or a hospital for 7 years. Recently went to one on one cargiving for a disabled non communicive teenager that required detailed ADL services and light housekeeping and appointment rides and prevention of self harm. I have worked with many diagnosis and have some experience with useing sign language. I try to match personal needs and activities for each client and work with them on succeeding in thier personal goals with home and personal experiences.

Feeding tubes, med management, glucose checks and insulin injections, Foley, super pubic catheters, colostomy care.

Let me start by stating, entrusting a stranger with the life of a loved one or yourself can be quite daunting. Being a caregiver is much more than technical qualifications; it requires heart, soul, laughter, patience, compassion, and human nature at its most vulnerable state.
