I have found that my passion/calling is to care for the elderly and/or individuals, who can't do so for themselves. I sincerely love fulfilling my heart's desires & passion by providing care, love, companionship, friendship, and even medical care to individuals; resulting in them having a sense of peace, as they go through life changes and having to deal with situations that may be unfamiliar. I find that doing so & providing the utmost respectful care to each of them, brings forth a growth for even myself, as I continue my education into becoming an RN (later to bridge into Nurse Practitioner). Daily, I am seeking the latest knowledge and skill so hopefully I can improve my care traits daily, to a wider/higher demand of clients. I am most definitely proud of a personal achievement in my life pertaining to my husband (who was diagnosed with late stages of Testicular cancer twice)! After receiving a prognosis of 18 months, I decided to further my education & resources, in hopes to find more options....and I did! After nearly 2 years, he is now in remission & cancer-free! This is not to boast about what I did, but instead the 'determination, drive, & passion', that I was blessed with. I will ALWAYS go above & beyond in providing the best care for clients & their family members! I believe there is always room for growth and in order to do so, you must first humble yourself to what you were called to do, whatever that may be!

I'm a mother of 4 married I have been in this professional development since 2009 I am a very out going person very honest I just don't do this job just to make money I do it out of love because I have a child of my on with special needs and it takes someone that really cares to deal with people with any type of need some might just wants companionship where others might need differently I am certified in CPR, Phlebotomy as well as I really do have high belief in God.

I very much enjoy the work I do. It makes me feel like I am making a difference in the lives of the individuals I care for. I actually talk and listen to what they have to say. I believe I am blessed to sit there and listen to the back in the old days stories. At the end of the day it gives me a sense of accomplishment.

Hello! My name is Logan, I chose to be a caregiver because after I graduated High School, my grandfather raised me all of my life and his life was cut short due to internal issues. It was really that moment on I knew I wanted to have something to do in the medical field. Help provide care and assistance to families of need. I have been a PCT for over 2 years now, I am currently in college working towards my RN degree. What I enjoy most about being a Caregiver/PCT is that I help people in need of assistance, it's a great feeling knowing I can help people.

I became interested in caregiving when my 65 year old friend, Tommy, got throat cancer and I had to take care of him 24/7 for about a year, before he passed. I love the elderly and hold them at the highest level of respect.

I have only had caregiving with family members but I am very adamant about elderly getting their physical and emotional needs met. They are in their later years and deserve life to be as easy as possible.

I have been a certified nursing assistant for 3 years. I became a a caregiver because I love helping others. I have a heart of gold. At the end of my day it feels good to be able to say helped someone an they was taken care of the way I would expect my family to be cared for. I treat everyone as if they are my own family.
