I graduated college in 2013. I have been in healthcare for over 20 years what got me started in 1992 when my son was born with a disability. I knew a little while after he was born that i had a love for caring for people. After being a home health aid for a year i knew i wanted to expand my horizon's so i did. I became a certified nursing assistant working with the elderly in 2007. I love what i do have accomplished everything i needed to as far as my career is concerned but the love i have for doing what i do will go on. For ever

I'm a great caregiver,because I am patient caring and understanding of the needs of others. The reason I became a caregiver is because I always helped take care of my grand mother she had Alzheimer's before she died,so I know how the elderly need someone loving and caring to help them . I love knowing, at the end of the day I helped put a smile on someone's face by taking care of them and making them feel safe and secure.

I am a natural nurturing person. I I decided at a very young age that I wanted to be a nurse or a doctor. I had a grandmother that suffered from Alzheimer's disease for 13 years. Majority of the time that she was sick I cared for her. I always knew I needed to get into the health field because I saw how important it is to have a support system. When you have someone in your family who can no longer take care of themselves it seems to have a ripple effect with everyone surrounding them. At some point we could no longer take care of my grandmother in the house so we had to hire a home health aide and in doing so I really grew to appreciate the nature of the job. You become an extended family member you grow great bonds with your clients or patients and their familes. I love being an aide.

I am a very caring and compassionate person who loves helping others. I am a CNA and I have worked in Hospice, Home Health and personal care service settings. I enjoy developing a relationship with my clients in order to enrich their life as well as mine. I am extremely dependable and conscientious in all areas of my life. I really like the fact that I am able to learn and anticipate my clients needs in order to assist without having to be asked.

My caregiving experience began as the oldest daughter of eleven children. After raising two sons I went back to school and first received a certificate as a Care Aide, and continued school, I received a certificate in Gerontology, a 10 month course, consisting of 52 university credits. I have always loved working with seniors and until recently I worked for a woman 12 years who lived at home until she was too unwell. Once she was in Institutional Care I continued to provide special care for her, such as feeding and companionship. My career did branch out, I worked 26 years as a Special Education Assistant working primarily with profoundly handicapped children in school. I retired five years ago and I am anxious to provide loving professional care once again.

Hello my name is Sabrina! I graduated in 2015 from Ninety Six High School and soon after completed my CNA training through Piedmont Technical College. I have two children and a husband. I have worked for many patients with a large variety of disability's. I make sure all of my patients receive the best care possible!

I made the decision to help others after helping my grandparents and great grandmother all through out my life. Seeing all of them being surrounded with a supportive family during their final years was truly a blessing, but sadly, not everyone is as lucky to have the constant care they did. I understand that a busy life can get in the way of helping out our loved ones, and I'd love to help them and provide company whenever I can. I love being able to help others and have often been complimented on my patience and understanding with those who need it. In her finally years, I helped my great grandmother with many activities, mostly with household chores and personal company (she was in her 90s whenever I was helping her.) I have been exposed to and helped people with memory issues, cancer, diabetes, etc. I am use to preparing food and reminding others to eat and to take their medication . I have much personal experience in this area and have no problem treating others with respect as I would want to be treated the same way. :)

My name is Tammy StClair. I have worked as a caregiver for 15+ years. Before I became a caregiver I worked in two different doctors offices. So I've worked in a medical environment for a very long time. I honestly believe that being a caregiver was my calling. I truly enjoy working as a caregiver and taking care of others. I cherish the friendships that I have made with my clients. I love hearing the stories of their pasts. I enjoy just spending time with them whether we're just talking or reading a book together.
