Hello my name is Shereka Darlington . My personality traits and expertise that help me being a great caregiver would be helping my teammate out and also being a helping hand. I am honest wit everything I do and being patient with whome I'm caring for . Having confidence in what I'm doing in my job field no matter what Challenges I face. The one thing that attracted me to be a caregiver would be having the heart to care for others and their needs and taking on the responsibility that comes on being a good caregiver to the ones I'm caring for . Being a good organized person in my job course and being trustworthy to my client and their families. What I enjoyed most being a caregiver would be working with people into a environment I can get along with and having a one- one-one interaction with the ones I'm caring for , and I also enjoyed that I can get along with other elders . Personal achievement that I'm proud of would be accomplishing school into a career field I see myself into . I'm proud of taking the ability I have to care for the ones that are in need and still doing that now.

I have been a Caregiver for 35 years. I always strive to make sure I'm taking care of my Clients to the best of my abilities. My Client are my first Priority in treating them as my own family.

I would describe myself as a respectful, observant, reliable and patient person who provides first-class care. Over the years, I have worked in various roles where the need to work closely with other people, follow strict rules and procedures, and demonstrate understanding and empathy have been required. I am very passionate about being a caregiver and my positive and cheery disposition makes me very much suited to work. If you hire me, I will be available to work the hours needed, cover additional shifts to help when needed and support my co-workers to ensure the best possible care is always afforded to your clients.

What makes me a great caregiver is that I listen and watch my clients. I may close attention to small details because at times that's all that matters. What attracted me to become a caregiver is the way I was raised to care for people who are in need and may not have anyone else. I was taught to treat and show respect to all kinds of humanity regardless of the way the look,talk,and dressed. The most thing I enjoy about being a caregiver is making sure that my person needs are met to my best abilities. My personal achievement that I'm proud of is me giving back when I can.
