I was responsible for at least 25 residents at a time, so I am able to effectively time manage, reduce fall risks, and offer great companionship. I absolutely loved working there, but it was hard for me to balance school and work. Now that I have graduated I am looking for a more personal and stable job. I love my residents and always will!
