I have been a caregiver for about 10 years. I've worked in in home and care facilities. I love being a caregiver because I love making a difference in patients life. My biggest accomplishment in life was graduating top of my class when I was in the military

I truly care about people and their happiness/quality of life. I am known among family and friends as the one that gives more than takes. I currently take care of my mother-in-law (she's 68) and she's been great practice for this role! I have also worked for an assisted living facility where I learned to prep cook, meal plan, prepare meals, and bathe/dress several clients. I enjoyed the personal connections and relationships the most with that role and I'd love to continue. My proudest personal achievement would have to be my son, Phillip. He's 10 now and the past decade has been the best one!
