I am naturally a kind, caring, nurturing, and entertaining individual and that is why I think Nursing works so well for me. I recently completed my Associates of Applied Sciences degree, just one step to getting my BSN. My grandmother has lived with my family my entire life and that's where my nurturing nature started. In college I took care of my aunt 7 days a week until she passed away from ALS, and I loved being the only person she trusted in her most vulnerable hours. This time with her gave me extended experience with patients with very limited mobility or bound to a hospital bed, alternative feeding methods, ventilators, lifts, and plenty of at home physical therapy. I have a leader personality and good time management skills. It's truly a feeling I could never get tired of being called on by someone who absolutely needs my help, and I would love to be a calming constant for your family too!
